Eric Belanger is a co-founder of ENDEAVORLEGAL and currently serves as the practice’s principal business attorney. For more than two decades Eric has been legal counsel to start-up and growth-oriented businesses across a broad spectrum of industries and maintained strong relationships with a wide variety of entrepreneurs, businesses and professionals across the globe. He regularly provides legal advice regarding the creation of complex contractual arrangements including organizational and management structuring, equity and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, executive compensation, and intellectual property transfers and licensing. In addition to his own legal practice, Eric is currently Of Counsel with Lewis & Lin LLC, a boutique Intellectual Property law firm located in New York City, New York.
Prior to starting ENDEAVORLEGAL, Eric was employed as a business practice associate with Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, formerly of Boston, Massachusetts. He has also provided legal services to corporate clients as a consulting attorney on behalf of the Boston-based law firms Conn Kavanaugh Rosenthal Peisch & Ford, LLP and Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP.
Eric received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University, College of Arts and Sciences, and Juris Doctor, with a concentration in Business Organization and Finance Law, and Master of Laws in Taxation Law from Boston University School of Law. Eric is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York. He is an alumni member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and served three terms as a member of the board of directors of the Massachusetts Beta-Upsilon Alumni Association, a non-profit corporation administering scholarships to qualified Boston University undergraduate students. Eric is passionate about and active in animal rescue and relief efforts both in the United States and internationally.

Chas Rampenthal is currently Founder and Chief Legal Officer of Dinari, a Start-up smart contract enterprise, and continues to be a consulting attorney with ENDEAVORLEGAL, an association he has maintained since the inception of the practice. From 2003 to 2021, Chas was General Counsel to LegalZoom growing the organization from a small Southern California-based Start-Up to an internationally recognized industry leader. During his time with the online legal technologies and services company, he oversaw all major corporate legal functions, including domestic and international business transactions, litigation, regulatory compliance, intellectual property management, government relations, ethics and compliance. He also represented LZ as Segment Leader for the Attorney Assist Segment and Head of Industry Relations. An outspoken advocate of transformation in the legal industry, Chas is dedicated to increased access to legal services through technology and new business models. During his LZ tenure, Chas wrote a regular column for Inc. Magazine Online and co-hosted Legally Bound – a call-in Los Angeles talk radio program. Prior to joining LegalZoom, Chas was a founding partner of Belanger and Rampenthal LLC and a business practice associate with Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP where he worked with a wide variety of technology and emerging companies providing guidance through venture capital financing, mergers, acquisitions and public offerings of securities. Chas is a member of the California and Massachusetts bars and is qualified as a solicitor in the United Kingdom. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Math Studies summa cum laude from Southern Illinois University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California. Prior to commencing his legal career, Chas served honorably in the United States Navy as an officer and naval aviator.
