PRINCIPAL ATTORNEY • Eric C. Belanger

Attorney Belanger is a co-founder of ENDEAVORLEGAL and currently serves as EL's principal attorney.  He possesses over ten years experience serving as legal counsel to start-up ventures and growth-oriented businesses in a wide spectrum of industries including e-commerce, media, art and photography, real estate investment and management, professional services, pharmaceutical sales, health and physical fitness, hospitality, medicine and health care, executive protection, information technology, marketing, fashion and venture capital.  Attorney Belanger possesses significant experience in the development of business plans, structuring complex contractual arrangements, private placements of securities representing both issuers and investors, licensing of technology and other inventions, equity compensation, joint venture arrangements and acquisition and disposition of businesses.  He also engages in the practice of certain aspects of commercial real estate, condominium, liquor licensing, securities, wills and estates and taxation law.  Prior to joining ENDEAVORLEGAL, Attorney Belanger was employed as an associate in the Business Practice Group of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, formerly of Boston, Massachusetts.  Attorney Belanger received his Bachelor of Arts (1995) from Boston University, College of Arts and Sciences, and his Juris Doctor (1999), with a concentration in Business Organization and Finance Law, and Master of Law in Taxation Law (2000) from Boston University, School of Law.  Attorney Belanger is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts (1999) and New York (2011).  He currently serves as a member of the management boards of the 465 Park Drive Condominium Association and the Redstone Court Condominium Association.  Attorney Belanger is also an alumni member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Beta-Upsilon Alumni Association which administers scholarships for qualified undergraduate students.  He is also active in animal relief efforts on the island of Aruba.

Attorney Neeff is a consulting attorney with ENDEAVORLEGAL and associates with the firm on a transactional and case-by-case basis.   Attorney Neeff focuses his practice in the areas of intellectual property, entertainment law,  and business and employment litigation and counseling.  In addition, he possesses significant experience in the areas of online defamation and online gaming.  Attorney Neeff has been an adjunct Professor at the Boston University School of Law for over five years where he teaches Entertainment Law. Attorney Neeff is the principal attorney of the Bostonian Law Group.  Prior to organizing the Bostonian Law Group, Attorney Neeff practiced insurance defense law at Morrison, Mahoney & Miller, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.  Prior to his association with MM&M, Mr. Neeff practiced law as an associate with Renzulli, Gainey & Rutherford in New York City. Attorney Rampenthal is a co-founder of ENDEAVORLEGAL and presently serves as a consulting attorney based in Los Angeles, California.  Attorney Rampenthal concentrates in general corporate, partnership, venture capital, securities and entertainment law, with significant experience in private company representation, private placements of securities (representing issuers and investors), mergers and acquisitions, technologies licensing, commercial and employment agreements, private equity fund formation and representation, and Federal securities laws compliance.  In additional to his affiliation with ENDEAVORLEGAL, Attorney Rampenthal is presently Vice President and General Counsel of LegalZoom, Inc..  Attorney Rampenthal was previously employed as an associate in the Business Practice Group of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, formerly of Boston, Massachusetts, and in the litigation department of Thelen, Reid and Priest LLP, formerly of Los Angeles, California.  Prior to being admitted to the practice of law, attorney Rampenthal gained significant leadership and management experience as an officer and aviator in the United States Navy.  Attorney Rampenthal received his BS in Economics and Math Studies summa cum laude from Southern Illinois University, and his Juris Doctor (1998) from the University of Southern California.  Mr. Rampenthal is admitted to practice law in California and Massachusetts.
