ENDEAVOUR SPACE SHUTTLE

The Endeavour space shuttle orbiter, the fifth and final operational NASA space shuttle, was named through a national competition involving students in elementary and secondary schools.  Endeavour was first launched in May of 1992.

Eric C. Belanger is a co-founder of ENDEAVORLEGAL, and currently serves as managing partner of our Massachusetts business practice.  Attorney Belanger serves as legal counsel to start-up ventures and growth-oriented businesses in a variety of industries.  He concentrates his practice primarily in corporate, limited liability company, entertainment, securities and venture capital law. He possesses significant experience in the development of business plans, structuring complex limited liability company membership arrangements, formation of private equity funds, private placements of securities (representing both issuers and investors), commercial and equity compensation agreements, joint venture arrangements and acquisition and disposition of existing businesses.  Attorney Belanger also engages in the practice of certain aspects of commercial real estate, condominium, liquor licensing and taxation law.  Prior to joining ENDEAVORLEGAL, Attorney Belanger was employed as an associate in the Business Practice Group of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, formerly of Boston, Massachusetts.  Attorney Belanger currently serves as a Trustee of the 465 Park Drive Condominium Association.  Attorney Belanger received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University, College of Arts and Sciences, and his Juris Doctor, with a concentration in Business Organization and Finance Law, and Master of Law in Taxation Law from Boston University, School of Law.  Attorney Belanger is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. He is an alumni member of the Massachusetts Beta-Upsilon chapter of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.

Charles "Chas" Rampenthal is a co-founder of ENDEAVORLEGAL and presently serves as managing partner of our Los Angeles, California business practice.  Attorney Rampenthal concentrates in general corporate, partnership, venture capital, securities and entertainment law, with significant experience in private company representation, private placements of securities (representing issuers and investors), mergers and acquisitions, technologies licensing, commercial and employment agreements, private equity fund formation and representation, and Federal securities laws compliance.  In additional to his affiliation with ENDEAVORLEGAL, Attorney Rampenthal is presently Vice President and General Counsel of Legal Zoom.com, Inc.  Attorney Rampenthal previously employed as an associate in the Business Practice Group of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, formerly of Boston, Massachusetts, and in the litigation department of Thelen, Reid and Priest LLP, in Los Angeles, California.  Prior to being admitted to the practice of law, Attorney Rampenthal gained significant leadership and management experience as an officer and aviator in the United States Navy.  Attorney Rampenthal received his BS in Economics and Math Studies summa cum laude from Southern Illinois University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California.  Mr. Rampenthal is admitted to practice law in California and Massachusetts and is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and California Bar Association.  Mr. Rampenthal is anticipated to be admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York in the Summer of 2007.

Corrado in Garden City, New York.    Attorney Corrado concentrates his legal practice in employment, discrimination/civil rights, elder care, construction/labor, landlord/tenant, premises liability, motor vehicle liability and professional malpractice law.  Attorney Corrado's entire legal practice is devoted to litigation.  He received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University, School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University, College of Arts and Sciences.  Attorney Corrado is admitted to practice law in New York and before the Northern, Eastern Southern District Courts of New York.  Mr. Corrado is an alumni member of the Massachusetts Beta-Upsilon chapter of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.

Attorney Neeff is the founding principal of the Bostonian Law Group.  Prior to organizing the Bostonian Law Group, Attorney Neeff practiced insurance defense law at Morrison, Mahoney & Miller, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.  Prior to his association with MM&M, Mr. Neeff practiced law in New York, New York. Attorney Neeff received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University, College of Arts and Sciences and his Juris Doctor from Boston University, School of Law.  Attorney Neeff is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New York.
