Rampenthal first met as associates in the Business Practice Group of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, a 400 lawyer firm formerly located in Boston Massachusetts.  While employed by TH&T, attorneys Belanger and Rampenthal gained significant experience in the areas of legal practice early stage companies require, including the development of business plans, creation of complex ownership arrangements, angel and venture capital financings, strategic partnership arrangements, equity compensation programs, mergers and acquisitions, licensing of intellectual property and all manner of commercial arrangements.  In 2002, these two lawyers left TH&T to found Belanger and Rampenthal, LLC, Attorneys at Law, a law firm dedicated to working closely with its clients through all stages of business development and providing the professional advise and support necessary to ensure long term growth, profit and overall success. Charles E. Rampenthal relocated to Los Angeles, California in 2003 for the dual purpose of establishing a West Coast presence for Belanger and Rampenthal and serving as Vice President and General Counsel of the start-up enterprise Legal Zoom.com, Inc.  In 2005, Belanger and Rampenthal, Attorneys at Law was re-branded as "ENDEAVORLEGAL, ATTORNEYS AT LAW" to signify the firm's dedication to the legal representation of entrepreneurs, start-up ventures, small and growth-oriented businesses, consultants and independent contractors.  In 2006, the firm established a presence in New York by affiliating with the Law Office of Jason R. Corrado, an independent law practice focusing on employment law and medical malpractice litigation in Garden City, Long Island.
